Transaortic endoscopic ultrasound biopsy (EUS) from left lung paragilar mass
Happy to share did transaortic endoscopic ultrasound biopsy (EUS) from left lung paragilar mass. Biopsy turned out it be positive for carcinoma (malignancy). In this patient other methods of biopsy was not possible technically. Transaortic biopsy is feasible and can be performed by EUS when other methods are not feasible for taking biopsy. EUS transaortic biopsy can be performed in absence of coagulopathy
